Sharron Williams started the Optimal Healthcare Solutions team as a healthcare professional with over 20 years in the Home Health and Home Care industries. Her past roles include Field Nurse, Director of Clinical Services, and Alternate Executive Director.
Given her vast collection of knowledge, our mission is to share the wisdom, experience, and skills necessary to be successful with anyone wanting to enter the field.
Meet the Optimal Healthcare Solutions Team
Sharron Williams, BSN, RN, ACHC
Sharron founded Optimal Healthcare Solutions in 2014, after realizing that she had created a wealth of materials and courses for her staff over the years. She obtained her Bachelors of Nursing from Prairie View A&M University, and subsequently served in numerous positions within healthcare. She is excited to continue to provide valuable training and consulting for those entering the Home Health industry.
George D. Williams, Co-Owner
George is co-owner of Optimal Healthcare Solutions and the company’s Director of Business Operations. His role includes lease negotiations and new business development. George is also a published author focusing on the needs of adults with autism. George received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in rehabilitation counseling. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA while completing both undergraduate and graduate studies.
Gina Bamford
Gina is the glue holding together the office and administration here at Optimal Healthcare Solutions. She is experienced in managing the needs of clients and the office, and thrives in fast paced work. From design, to event preparation, to coordination of new resources Sharron creates, Gina handles all of the administrative needs of Optimal Healthcare Solutions.
Nathan D. Williams
Nathan D. Williams is the special assistant to the owner of Optimal Healthcare Solutions, Sharron Williams. Nathan assists in several projects as the need arises. He is a key member of our team utilizing his artistic abilities and keen eye for design. Nathan also provides all musical selections prior to every training session. Nathan enjoys computer animation and listening to smooth jazz. He received a certificate of completion in Multi-Media Technology from Front Range Community College.
Sebastian Tercilla
Sebastian comes to Optimal Healthcare Solutions as our go-to for all things Marketing, Social Media, and Design. He attended Texas State University in San Marcos Texas where he studied English Creative Writing and Public Relations as an undergrad. He has a background in sales and technology, which he uses to brings a fresh perspective to the organization.
