Hello, my name is Sharron Williams, I am an RN with 19 years in the home health & home care industry. As a home health & homecare Consultant, I want to share my wisdom, information, experience, and knowledge with anyone wanting to start or grow a successful agency.  I am pretty successful with training people to be non-medical home care managers and to pass surveys with no deficiencies as long as they listen to my instructions and follow my instructions.    

This program was designed to cover all sections of home care to improve your leadership skills, such as learning the fundamentals of budgeting, marketing, state and federal compliance, regulations, and human resources for entry-level home care managers.

There are two payer sources home care agencies can receive and they are:  Private pay or Medicaid. This program was designed to help you learn how to stay within state and federal regulations as a leader and learn critical information for home care managers to know and understand.

This course is for:

• New or established agency owners, administrators, or assistant administrators,

• New agency managers, and other leaders in the agency.
